Havent come on this thread much since joining

However, I lugged a very heavy bag of money down the high street and I emptied my huge pot into my HSBC coin counting machine to go straight into my bank account.

Grand total of £328.92. :j

Sooo impressed!!! I only put in my loose 1's, 2's and 5's!!! Thought it would be so much less!!! Have now done Christmas without touching any credit cards or loans this year!!!

Not a great total to declare this year - but I did break in to it to pay for a 5-day holiday in September (was £210 I think).

And, my "small change" now goes in a separate pot for charity.

Anyway, in THE pot is £58.50, so not bad considering!

That isn't so bad at all, it's still getting on for £260 which with saving for charity as well has to be a very good amount. It's still much to be extremely proud of!! :T I'm glad you had the money for your holiday, see...not so bad at all.
