Despite everyone hating them, free is free and I wanted to try them, checked online at tesco this morning, £1 for 6 pack. Went to Tesco, SEL for £1 but all sold out, went to another tesco, had stock but SEL for full price at £1.99. Thought may be an error so took to checkout anyway, but still scanned at £1.99 so didn't buy. Home again and checking online they are showing at full price, no mention of offer.
Count yourself lucky you havent traumatised your tastebuds for life. lol

They're all baked potato aren't they? With butter, salsa or caramelised onion…

I found some of the onion ones in morrisons for £1 so free with the voucher. Don't know why everyone is saying they're disgusting. I like them. But then I have been known to put honey on chips.

Oops...I meant I like the Tomato and Herb ones :o

Might have to try some honey on my chips next, that sounds nice!

Great post, but has anyone actually tried these? It is the first time in living memory that I have actually had to throw half a packet of crisps away. Vile.

I have to agree, i ate one crisp, passed em on to hubby who struggled with a couple, even my cats turned their noses up. They are bloody awful lol

I had the same thing happen to me visited tesco no shelf edge label about the £1 offer although the offer is valid until the 12/07/2011 so i printed out the offer and price from moneysupermarket and took the crisps the printout and my coupon to customer services where they gladly honoured the deal and i walked away with my oddly flavoured crisps for free :j

My local Asd@ had them at £1.98 so with £1 they were cheaper than normal...but I have to say they're horrible. I love seabrooks ordinary crisps, so very disappointed.
