Great post, but has anyone actually tried these? It is the first time in living memory that I have actually had to throw half a packet of crisps away. Vile.0

lol! I go into the cupboard to try a packet and end up coming away with a pack of Walkers instead!
I remember trying some baked potato flavour crips a few years ago (think it was one of the limited edition Walkers ones that they bring out every so often) and I remember them being vile!
Am waiting for OH or one of the kids to try them first!
Tescos wouldn't accept my voucher either so I ended up paying for mine!0 -
i cant find this range in my local Tesco or Sainsburys! was very keen to try them...0

I totally agree! We had the baked potato flavour and I have to say they are the most unpleasant crisps I have ever tried. They have simply replaced the salt with sugar which makes these crisps taste sweet. Thrown the other 5 packs away as no one will touch them!:eek:0 -

I contacted seabrook about the potato and caramelised onion crisps to state how awful they are they replied that as a new product it appeals to many customers but it is not for everyones palate-they can say that again!0

I tried some of these when they were first launched in Morrisons a few months back. It's the first time I've given a sample of anything back to the promotions lady after only trying one crisp!
I'm a big fan of Seabrooks but these are horrible!0 -

These are pretty disgusting. Salt is in food for a reason, maybe they could've had half the salt instead of 10% as that means you have to add something else for flavour or they will taste like paper.0
