Hi, can anyone advise me if I should further a complaint I have with the PO to the FOS.... After numerous phone calls, letters, emails (spanning over 6 months) and sending a verified copy of my marriage certificate the PO have still not changed my address. I haven't had a copy of my account statement for over a year yet they still issue other mail to my previous address. They will correspond with me at my new address over the complaint but still refuse to change their records. Their Final Response Letter offers £150 by way of goodwill but still want me to send them a verified copy of my passport (which is still in my maiden name so outdated signature) and photo card driving license (that I don't have). I'm at my wits end with them. :mad: Thanks
