Electoral roll

Hello, I have recently moved house and want to make sure that my address is updated on the electoral roll.
I have found this site but am unsure which form I need, anyone know?

Must be 'Euro Citizen' or 'Register of Electors 2007 form' (even though that 2007 form says 2006 on it).

Trouble is that form says: "List below everyone living at the address no 15 October 2006" - I wasnt living at my current address then. I moved in 13th December.0
