Travel Agent booked wrong Ryanair Flight - advice please!!!

On 16.04.11 I booked a 3 day holiday with Airborn Direct via Teletext
over the telephone quoting the reference shown on Teletext, for myself and my husband to travel from Malaga 16.06.11 - 19.06.11 - I rec'd thru the post a initerary and accomodation voucher which stated must be checked throughly to ensure all details were correct. as i held these documents for 2 months prior to travel i repeatedly checked and all details were correct on all documents were correct! I also rec'd a document giving instructions on how to check in on line as the flights were with Ryanair. I checked in on line for the out bound flight using the booking reference supplied by the company and this was fine, but it was only checking in for our homebound flight and printing out the boarding card that i identified that we had been on a flight returning 7 days from departure (i.e. 23.06.11)
rather than the 3 days as originally booked and reqtsd in my phone
call.
At this late stage we had no option but to go to the airport to
see if anything could be done - Ryanair could not do anything as we had already checked in online and reqstd that we purchase new flights at a costs E350.00 for the two of us. We eventually managed to purchase homebound flights from Easyjet at a cost of E247.00 for the two of us.

I attempted to contact the company from Spain with no joy - on my return i tried contacting the admin number but could not get an answer. The staff answering the sales line just told me i had to put all details in writing b4 anything would be considered. i have emailed 3 times and so far heard mothing but accept it is still early days- however the sales guy i spoke to was very dismissive and said didnt i notice that the date was wrong???? At the time of checking in on line i was more concerened in making sure that the details that i was responsible for entering were correct and as i had repeatedly checked the paper work that had been sent and that was correct I felt assured that all the info underpining the booking was correct!
Does anyone have any idea of where i would stand or how i should progress this??
I have reqstd a copy of the original call (they record their calls) and also of the original intinerary....
Thanking you for any advice.
