How do I get a refund??

Hi,
I went on holiday with Thomson and whilst there we booked an excursion which I paid for on my credit card.
The trip was cancelled and the rep said she would refund us the money. We have been back 5 weeks and I still have not recieved it despite numerous calls and emails to Thomson (which have all been ignored)
I ended up paying my credit card bill as I didn't want to incur the interest.
Is there anything else I can do to hurry them up?

How much did the trip cost? If it was over £100 do a s75 claim from your credit card company.0
