Advice on overdraft-to reduce gradually

My bank wants to discuss reducing the overdrafts I have, I have made an appt but they have asked me to come up with an idea of what would be an amount I want to reduce by each month - what would be best, I did ask for their advice but they asked me what I thought, hope you can help.

well be very very careful

if you agree to a figure and they reduce your limit by that month on month and you slip up just once they may well withdraw the OD arrangement completely and demand full repayment (as they are entitled too)

if you can afford 50 per month then why have the OD not been reducing over the last year or so?
