    well be very very careful

    if you agree to a figure and they reduce your limit by that month on month and you slip up just once they may well withdraw the OD arrangement completely and demand full repayment (as they are entitled too)

    if you can afford 50 per month then why have the OD not been reducing over the last year or so?
