Just got a form from these guys to fill in but wandered if it was legit :-/ Wouldnt mind the £100 worth of vouchers but not at the expense of having identity theft or worse

this morning I had a call from these people, the guy was indian and as it was an unregistered number I don't know where the call came from.
I told him that I was on the telephone preference service and that he shouldn't be calling me so he hung up straight away.
Does anybody else have any information about company/survey as I would like to report it to the telephone preference service.....?0 -
The survey is purely a means of getting information about you and your household.
This information is then sold on to advertisers, government depts. listing companies etc etc. It fills in the gaps in the information that these organisations have already got from loyalty cards and finance reords.0
