I would rename these two (e.g. redbook.sys.old) & replace them with a known good copy:
2011-06-22 15:55 . 2008-04-13 23:10 57600 -c--a-w- c:\windows\system32\dllcache\redbook.sys
2011-06-22 15:55 . 2008-04-13 23:10 57600 ----a-w- c:\windows\system32\drivers\redbook.sys
Get rid of some of that toolbar and startup bloat, and feel free to post a new log afterwards.0
