Lloyds TSB Vantage rates changing

Dear Money Savers, I hope you have noticed that the vantage rates are now changing. There is going to be no interest after 5K. Maximum interest will be 3% on balances between 3K and 5K.
I opened three vantage accounts and have been keeping all my savings there, will be reducing my balances to 5K and moving excess money elsewhere. ISA already maxed out. Need an easy access saver, I am thinking Halifax reward saver, should give me 3%.
