HDNL rant!

:mad: Hopeless Delivery Network morelike. I paid for nominated day delivery, to my work address for yesterday. I did this on purpose so that should the items be unsuitable, I could return them in store today on my (annual) trip to town. It didn't turn up, so I rang them to be told the driver couldn't deliver because a bus was blocking the road. No other delivery were affected, and neither were any customers at work.
I rang them to get the address changed as I am now off for a week, and having deleted my address to input the new one she cut the call off :mad: Got through again eventually, to be told that as the last person deleted the name and address details they couldn't identify me... despite the tracking number and all the other details given. Finally got it changed, and re-arranged for Thursday. Changed plans for Thursday in order to be able to receive it. Sorted? No!:eek:
Just had an email from work to say there is a parcel there for me. HDNL not helpful, and didn't really care. Not very impressed! Thanks for letting me vent
