Will owning a property that I rent out improve my credit score?

Hi there,
I currently own a property that I rent out. I am wondering if I add the address of this to my Credit Expert account will it improve my credit score. Also, how would I list it? Would I put down that I am still resident there as well as my current address?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
D

No it's not a form of credit. If you have a mortgage on the property then the fact that you pay it off on time each month will certainly contribute but having a rental income will only really boost your behavioural score with the bank you have the income paid into.
this can help with pre-approvals with that bank but is unlikely to affect your credit score
Thank me if this helped0
