A&L /Santander Premier Account facilities upgrade - glitch

Apologies if this has been flagged...
My Premier Account and linked savings accounts were moved over to the new Santander interface some months ago. Last month they (Santander) advertised an upgrade facility which allows you to manage e-Documents etc (as per their Preferred c/a) (nothing new there). I noticed that all my linked accounts showed as postal delivery even though previously they were all online (by default). I could change almost all accounts except my c/a which was greyed out. I had to e-mail Santander to change this, which they did. I logged in again today to find this had been done, but then found another account which I recall amending, was back to postal delivery.
Not sure what is going on, but suggest that anyone opting for the upgrade checks and double checks their e-Document options/set-up etc.
