I ordered two bouquets to be delivered this week for my mum and mum in law. The mother in laws was fine however my mothers was dead. They have sent this reply to my complaint email:
Hello
Thank you for your email.
I am very sorry to hear of your disappointing delivery.
As per our terms and conditions, we do state that we have to be informed of
any quality issues within 7 days of delivery, so thank you for contacting me
so promptly.
Also, we do require photographic evidence to take this matter up further
with our supplier.
Could you send me these photos and I can then investigate this complaint for
you further.
I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, but we do clearly show
our quality complaint procedures, that must be followed, under our terms and
conditions.
These terms are agreed to at the time your order is placed.
Please could you provide me with your order reference in your returning
correspondence.
Should you have any further queries then please do not hesitate to contact
me again.
Kindest Regards

However its a 60 mile trip to get the photo they require, what can I do, what are the legalities, I thought internet purchases could be sent back free of charge within 7 days of delivery?

Hia, I also had the very same problem and the very same reply. However I got my sister to take photo's of the flowers with her phone and text them to me. I then replied to valueflora saying I had photo's on my mobile phone but no way of e-mailing them as my phone did not connect to my computer. I requested a mobile number to send the pics to.
Value flora replied and said they didn't have a mobile number but this one time they'd accept what I said without photo evidence and re-send the bouquet asap.... which they did 2 weeks later after a few more e-mails reminding them of their promise.0 -
