E-on energy saving monitor

Am I the only person who has had trouble with this software?
In all cases I am using Windows 7.
I find it very poorly designed and that it works badly.
There is no help/about button so you can't see which version you are using.
There is no facility for updating the software.
It is very slow to load up.
The windows are fixed and don't have scroll bars. This means that you can't use it at all on a netbook because the screen resolution is not big enough.
On a 64bit computer the display is a total mess with areas of the window on top of each other so you can read what it says on the screen.
I did get it working on a 32 bit computer but for some reason or other it no longer works with 'the software failed to load correctly Microsoft is searching for a solution to this problem'.
As far as I can see the programmers did not know what they were doing when they cobbled it together.

I thought the software was rubbish as well.

After seeing what I was using and identifying any wasted electricity I stopped using the monitor. Took all of a day before I was bored with it.
