I found it's very easy to get a credit card while I opened my student account (actually the bank just want you to have it)
They are exactly like a normal credit card. Not sure are they called 'student credit card' or not.
I have pay my card in full all the time, I do regularly use the free bank overdraft and pay back in a short time and I never take over the limit.
Today, I try to apply online the Halifax clarity card to use for aboard study trip but they turned me down on spot.:(
I wonder if student could apply 'main stream' credit card at all, any student get successful to do that...
please share your precious experiences.
I am now in a very bad position....should I keep apply other credit card, I learnt that one suppose to do that at least 6 months after . Otherwise, it would be bad to showing a applicants so desperately.
