Do not use!
We bought a Pandora bracelet from this outfit thinking they were a quality jewellers. Bad move
Fast forward a year and a half when the bracelet broke under normal use. We went into the shop to try and resolve the issue but the attack dog (who we think) was the owner started off by insulting the wearer and saying she broke the chain by abuse. This was not true as it was a valued present which has been treated with care.
Once again, if you value customer serveice - AVOID!
