Terms and Conditions for 'Win a Night of MMA Fighting in Vegas' competition

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 16 years or over. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied on their prize package trip by a person aged 18 years or over.
3. No purchase necessary. Consumers may only enter once.
4. The promotion starts and entries are valid from 05/05/11. The promotion ends at midnight on 14/08/11. There will be one draw at the end of the promotional period for one MMA Las Vegas Fight prize package and five additional runners up prize packages to be won.
5. To take part in this promotion, you must be a member of the Relentless Community 'The Order'. Only users who are registered community members can enter. Once logged in users will be required to hit the ‘Enter’ link.
6. All entrants into the promotion will receive a message on-screen after entry to confirm that their entry has been successfully received, and will have their name entered into the draw.
7. The MMA Las Vegas Fight prize package consists of:
- 1 pair of MMA fight tickets
- Return economy flights from London to Las Vegas for two people
- 5 nights’ accommodation at the MGM Grand for two people (sharing a twin / double room)
- Airport limousine transfers in Las Vegas, desert ATV tour and Las Vegas helicopter tour with VIP nightclub admittance for two people
- Travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions)
- Return travel from winner’s home to London for two people
8. The package will only be available for fixed dates, which are not yet confirmed but are anticipated to be in approximately September of 2011. These dates will be confirmed and shown here as soon as they are known.
9. Spending money is not included in the prize package.
10. The MMA Las Vegas Fight prize package winner as well as 5 additional runners up (drawn at the same time as the main prize package winner) will also receive 4 months’ worth of Relentless stock. This will consist of a single mixed case of Relentless (all 5 variants), delivered each month, across 4 months.
11. The draw will be independently supervised.
12. The Promoter will contact the winners within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of the promotional closing date, on the email address provided at the time of entering. In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any winner after taking all reasonable steps to do so within 28 days from first attempting contact, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the originals.
13. In the event of an entrant’s email address changing the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entry to a new email address.
14. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available directly to the winners.
15. Winners will be required to provide their name and address to enable the Promoter to verify prize entitlement.
16. The winner of the main prize package and travelling companion must hold valid passports. Please ensure both passports are current with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining from the date of travel. Passports must have at least two blank pages for entry stamp. This cannot include the ‘endorsement’ page at the back. Passengers who also require a visa must have a passport with two facing blank pages, one for the visa and one for their entry stamp. Anyone attempting to enter the USA without the required pages will be returned to the UK. Entry into the USA will also be subject to other relevant passport validity checks to be confirmed with the prize winner and travelling companion by the travel agency.
17. Entering details online is not proof of receipt of entry. All entrants into the promotion will receive a message on-screen after entry to confirm that their entry has been successfully received. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are unable to be sent or received for any reason beyond its control.
18. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.

22. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. Limitations of liability: neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:-
23.1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry of personal details, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions
23.2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion
23.3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof
23.4. Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion
