I order some furniture from Damar furniture ltd who took payment via RBS worldpay for furniture even thoughthey did not have any stock and would not be getting any more of that stock in on 9th June.
I called them for a delivery date as they had not contacted me on 13th June and they said they had mailed me, but i had not received any mail, on Friday 10th June advising they did not have stock and a refund would be made that day and would take 3 days.
On 21st June no refund had been made and I tried calling the company but ended up mailing the company who then did the refund but i have incurred charged on my credit card which I have asked them to pay. They say they have 14 days to do a refund but I cannot believe that when they took money knowing they did not have the stock available.
Any advice?

They have upto 30 days from cancelling the order to refund the money.
