    NIG or Devitt have sold your case on as a lead to Plantec. You can use them or find your own help however - as suggested above there are loads of no-win no fee or cashback solicitors out there.

    I would suggest, if the bike is going to be a write off, get claiming for the bike off your insurers. Then find a solicitor/legal firm to help you claim for the uninsured losses - injury, loss of earnings, alternative transport untill you receive settlement for the bike/get it back repaired/can actualy ride again.
