No problem I won't tell her! There's a number of websites about that can help with regards to them being authentic. Most of the stars from stage & screen will be genuine. Some of the bigger stars from Hollywood etc are likely to be signed by the secretary.

Normally mention any current shows, tv programmes etc and how long I've been a fan and followed there work.

I always enclose a SAE as a matter of course as well, although some of the stars will send that back!

I've been after Clint Eastwood's for a while, I sent away some years ago and I got a postcard back with his autograph but it was a copy. Does anyone know if its possible to get a real one without actually meeting him.

This souds great. Might try this in a couple of days when I have a bit more spare time. If anyone has any ideas of how to get any of the cast members of The Office or Extras, I'd be so so so greatful if you could contat me via PM or reply here. I'm such a massive fan of the shows, so would really appreciate Gervais, Merchant, Lucy Davis, Martin Freeman, Macenzie Crook, Ashley Jensen or the others. Would also make a fantastic present for my brother wh's also a massive fan.

If you do a search for the people listed you may be able to write to them c/o there management / agents and get autographs that way.

Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of Orlando Blooms autograph I want to get it for my daughter she Loves him...apparently...personally I prefer johnny Depp! haha ALso what about the cast Of Harry Potter mainly Emma Watson because again my daughter really admires her! Or the guy who plays Doctor Who at the moment I can't think of his name or Billie Piper! she'd be soooo chuffed if she got even just one autograph even if it was a copy!
