Gas switching
Am hoping someone can give me some advice. I switched my gas and electricity the day before scottish power hiked their prices and Martin advised us to swap to fixed. Npower sent the paperwork through and I cancelled, Eon I only recieved today and it is one day over their cooling off period and they are refusing to stop the switch. Now can I switch to a fixed using the account no they have given me and let the power companies sort it out or do I have to wait 6weeks until it has all been finalised with eon before I can do anything? Thank you!
