Hello
I was dealing with a company called Debt management services limited on behalf of littlewoods! I had been emailing the above company asking for information on what the matter was regarding and information on how much the debt was for and also asked for all documents regarding payed and missed payments and including the items I had purchased
It seemed as though I was making progress as they tried to gain the information I requested I've not herd from them since my last made payment was made 13th August 2009 they company above o. Just made contact via letter round about September 2013. I'm just wondering if I've gone about it all wrong and now I am having to deal with scotcall with a letter dated 20th January 2014 could use some advice on how to go about it as there trying to contact/locate myself0 -
Scotcal are always threatening doorstep visits; I never heard of them ever turning up. Should be called 'whatcall'. If they do turn up, tell them to shove it.0

You have to understand that just as you are using template letters to respond to DCA`s, that's all the letters are they send you, just a set of template letters, threatening various different things, they start with "pay up or else" then "threat of doorstep visit" then "court action" the list goes on, not once has anyone turned up at my door, nor have I been taken to court, and not one penny have I ever paid a DCA, and never will, my debts were paid via an IVA, so the DCA`s lost out !!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi
I had a missed call from them today & a week ago - when i called them back today they said same thing as in 'its a personal matter!' I refused to give any address details which they asked for and told them to ring me back if they wanted to discuss this personal matter - They were basically tryin to get my address -so hopefully they haven't got it. I think this may be to do with a National insurance bill which i am disputing as i had a letter from another debt company called Bluestone credit management who i suspect have sold the debt on!
Just keep fobbing them off - as people have said on this forum they have no right to hassle anybody.0
