What, and constant re-use of vouchers is so acceptable, is it? It's one thing people using discount codes to save postage etc, but to consistently re-use the same voucher in an "ooh look what I've discovered works!" manner, is not exactly honest, is it!

Hi,

I have just ordered again using my voucher and it went through world pay.

I then tried to re-enter the code again and it stated that my voucher had no credit left on it.

So this may be the end??

However I will check again in about eight hours to see if it resets?

you are correct about if an item is put through your letter box and is addressed to you then by law it is yours, and there is nothing CD Wow can do, but i was just saying what there response might be. The voucher might not have an expiry date on it but when you use the voucher you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out on their site, if it says a voucher can only be used once, then that is where they are saying about voucher use.

I hadn't thought about any terms on their site, I would have thought they'd be on the voucher itself ? I'm no expert in this kind of law though.

I've just used the voucher successfully again after the refusal this morning. I didn't however have to go through World Pay ? On trying immediately again, it's stating that my voucher is in use ( as normal ) and not that there is no credit ? Will be interesting to see tonight if it's accepted again.

At least I'm getting to know my postie really well

OK, I have figured out a way of avoiding going through WorldPay. I DO NOT guarantee that this will make your voucher reusable.

1. Put the item you want in the cart.
2. Checkout.
3. Click 'Proceed' and DO NOT ENTER YOUR CODE YET.
4. Enter your login details and click login.
5a. If the end of the address in the address bar says "payment_code=RX", you are going to avoid WorldPay so click 'Go Back' at the bottom of the screen, enter your voucher and proceed as normal.
5b. If the end of the address in the address bar says "payment_code=WP", it's going to use WorldPay so clear your cache and try again.

I can't guarantee it will work but it's better than entering your voucher and hoping for the best.
