Need Help

I ordered a pair of glasses on line in April, they have taken the money from my account, however I have still not recieved the glasses. I have emailed them on numerous occasions (there is no phone number to contact) and have only had one reply, telling me that there system is down and they cannot access my details, I have since emailed them again (twice) but haven't recieved any replies...can anyone give me advice on what I can do to get my money refunded :(
