If you want to blame anyone, blame those that felt they had to share the news outside of the eBuyer forums. If they decided to keep quiet then maybe some of the regulars on there would of had stood a better chance.
Wonder how many will now end up on eBay because of the above?
Did TRU have outstanding pre-orders etc? Honest question as I have no idea, I haven't been keeping that many close eyes on the Wii situation. If they still have pre-orders outstanding then they are as bad as everyone else etc.
If people can get hold of consoles without pre-ordering whilst others have theirs outstanding, i kind of makes a sham of the whole pre-order system IMO.
Its the claim of they were doing their bit for their customers etc that really digs at me, thats all.
I'd guess that a good 40-50% of them will end up on eBay.0 -

Totally agree, and I don't think there has ever been a sought after item this close to xmas that hasn't had problems meeting the supply.
I guess although not perfect for those that wanted it under the xmas tree on the 25th, but come January, there will be loads flying about, and maybe some under £180 on ebay as those get bored at xmas and go play with something else.
Was lucky enough to get one today, but wouldn't pay eBay prices. But there are those that cannot do without having the 'must have' item of Xmas.Financial Aims for 2012:
1. To pay off Car loan (£2,163.85 / £300.23 : 13.9%) 2. To pay off Joint OD ([STRIKE]£1,928.53[/STRIKE] / £1,928.53 : 100%) 3. To pay off GF's CC (£1100.31 / £0 : 0%) 4. To OP Mortgage (£1000 / £0 : 0%)
Money Saving / Making in 2012:
1. Ebay (£0 ) 2. Surveys (£0 ) 3. Quidco (£156.45 (Feb 12) ) 4. Lottery (£0 ) 5. Groceries (£0 )0 -

Will say well done you got luckyEnjoy it... eBay prices are stupid and those that 'must have it' - well thats a whole different topic, it's the age and day we are in sadly
.
Oh, if you got yours from eBuyer make sure you get everything listed as you should, there are some that are saying that they will not get everything that was listed in the advert - and eBuyer will do nothing about it !!0
