Same old stuff

Why is it that MSE always features the same old stuff from Ask/Pizza Express/generic chains when there are some great independent offers in the papers and on pack around the supermarkets? E.g. the Mail had a great B&B offer in at the weekend and there's nothing about it.

I am not sure, especially as Martin wrote a while back about how they (the chains) could easily afford to do this as a pizza costs very little to make. Effectively saying that they were ripping you off charging full price.
There is some chain near my house that had (had?) a permanent 2 for 1 offer. No, it is not a permanent 2 for 1 deal, they are charging too much in the first place and / or serving poor quality food.

On a similar vein they are always telling us that Tesco has "half-price" wine when it is the same wines that are "half-price" almost permanently. :mad:
