Tesco Customer Service.

Just thought I would say thanks on here to Tesco.
Had a couple of problems with their products and emailed them about it, I got an immediate apologetic response back as well as some information requests, I provided them with the relevant info and they got back to again apologise and sent me a £5 voucher (the product was only £3).
I honestly don't think I have ever dealt with customer services that have been so smooth and easy !

Tesco generally seem to be, generally, very good on customer service.
Unfortunately there also seems to be a small minority of Tesco employees who are determined to bring their overall standard down.
