hi there
i have a .co.uk site which has a few email address attached to it, and i am wanting to move it to jimdopro ( i like their site builder software), but the do not support .co.uk and would need to do a CNAME entry in your settings,
would this then allow me to have my site with them or would this point to another domain that a take with them , when people go to the .co.uk site
the said doing this my email and settings would all stay the same and work with out any changes.
many thanks for any advice

So the only advantage is you like the site builder software.
I am thinking you will need to have two domain names, the existing co.uk somewhere else.
And jimdpro will give you another name which will be not be a co.uk (whatever name you choose).
Which seems futile - try another provider and get everything in one place - 123reg are good cheap and good enough, and support co.uk.0 -
ye i have done a few site with their site builder , which is very comprehensive and ewasy to use, plus their support is good , many thanks for your help0
