on-line shoe purchase query!

Wonder if you have any advice for me? I purchased a pair of new FITFLOPS on line 4 weeks ago from a company called SHOETIQUE - the new fuscia suede FROU ones - £75 !!! They arrived on 20th May and I was delighted with them! As the weather has been so awful I only wore then once. I went to Spain last weekend for 4 days and took my new FITFLOPS with me ..... I wore them 2 of the 4 days. On the way home on the plane my friend pointed at my FITFLOPS and noticed how badly they had faded! When I examined them they had faded unbelieveably - when you looked at the suede underneath it was so much darker! I wouldn't mind if I'd worn them all summer, or if they had been cheapies from Primark, but they were £75! I phoned SHOETIQUE last Tuesday as soon as I got back and explained. They were most unhelpful and said they'd check with FITFLOP and come back to me. I phoned again last Thursday and they said they would be in touch - I'm still waiting. Where do I stand ? Am I entitled to a refund or new pair ?
