Just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with these guys? My partner has just seen that they have taken £10 out of his account every month for 4 months without his consent/knowledge. :mad:

Hmm, he's done something somewhere to agree to this, even if it's not obvious. Sometimes the company that takes the money doesn't have the same name as the company the original agreement was made with. Has he signed up to anything online recently? Any trials? They've got his bank details from somewhere... and it's far more likely he's signed up to something without realising than he's the victim of outright fraud.

This thread may help. You've probably bought something online and at the end clicked a link promising some discount or other and, ultimately joined a rewards program. I've not dealt with them personally, but it seems that they will refund in full with a little effort.

My partner rang the helpline and he was told he would not get a full refund.. they only refund from 3 months so he loses out on a months £10.
