Ordered a batch of books (set books for my uni course) and waited for delivery. Checked the Royal Mail 'tracking' and it showed them as delivered a couple of days ago. Nope, not true. Rang Amazon and they didn't argue about it at all (thought I was going to have a fight on my hands) just said the delivery obviously went wrong somewhere and re-ordered the books for me.

Really nice to find a call centre person who can actually take action and help you, and does so without making you jump through a 1000 hoops.:j
