a bit of praise for a change..
got a bag sausage & tomato GW crisps...was no flavour on them, decided to write and tell them ...not expecting to hear back... a week later they sent me a box of them.... result:j cheers GW:T

A similar thing happened to me... back in the 1970s!
I was probably about nine at the time. I had a packet of Golden Wonder beef and onion crisps which didn't taste of very much at all. My Mother and I wrote a letter to Golden Wonder and received a letter of apology and vouchers for a few free packets. :j
I haven't seen Golden Wonder crisps around for years. They all seem to be Walkers now.0
