I have been serching for a copy of Angel and the Soldier boy for some time. Found 1 on ebay video for £30 but I refused to pay that amount.
Went to the Grasshopper site these are the people who make the dvd they are selling a dvd for £12.99 so I ordered it and it arrived today. No box just a plastic case and the copyright says this video cassette and its a writeable dvd.
Altogether I paid £14 .50 for something that cost them 27p.
I am really angry it was a special presant for my daughter she remembers it from when she was young. Shes 22 so wasnt expecting tears and tantrums but she is equaly annoyed.
What should I do now? Can they do this?
Any help would be great, I know I can just get my money back but I want the promised dvd.

Sorry don't know the film and there's no trace on IMdB so can't tell if it's had another release.
If they own the copyright (it looks a legit site) then they can release it however they want but I too would expect a case and a printed disc as well.
Give them a ring on 0845 1306142 and ask them?0 -

Given their minimal overheads (and high profit margins) they can probably afford to have a few days off more than the rest of us!
Good luck with them.
