have just recieved bill from southern elec saying we owe them nearly £650 in estimated duel fuel bill
bill arrived 13/06 for fuel used between feb and may
Missus got home today to find a letter from a collection officer saying that we have to pay £41 per utiility unless we call him and geta pre payment meter in
i have just called in with our real meter readings
Can i tell him this and then does it go back to southern and they send me a new bill out or do i need to something else
please help asap
