    It's never sensible as an employee to email your own CEO. A consumer can get away with it but an employee is expected to follow the companies procedures. Complain to your boss or if he is the problem human resources.

    Complaining to the top man will end badly for you.

    dgmelton - please follow goater's advice! Find out what the company's grievance procedure is and follow it to the letter. To do otherwise will almost inevitably end up in you coming out worse off and whatever issue you want to raise not being resolved.
