Advice please

Hi guys,

this is my first post, wondered what you made of my problem.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers online one for £30 and one for £10, got an email to say the £10 pair were out of stock so would only recieve the £30 pair but will get 10% off my next order.

the pair in stock arrive and one of the shoes is slightly dirty and has obviously been knocked around on display for quite a while, i email the site to say im dissapointed with this and also have a cheeky browse.

I was shocked to see the shoe i had been told was out of stock in stock and priced at £50!!!

am i right in thinking that because i had a confirmation email of my order and was also lied to im entitled to complain here? what should i ask for if i do complain?

Thanks very much for looking at this and thanks very very much in advance if anyone replies,
Thanks guys!!

Phil.
