Random bank payments into my account

Hi - I've had 3 payments into my bank account (from my bank).
They have been for different amounts - £30, 15 and 10 I think (in that region). They have the ref LTSB IS BUSINESS.
What could this be for? I am thinking it may have something to do with cashback for some insurance we took out with them.
Shall I just ring them and ask them? If it is an error, will it require a refund?

trust me befor you go using it ...check with the bank/building society ..or it could come back an bite ya in the bum if they take it back without prior warning ..im currently going thru a similar situation where monies deposited into my account turned out not to be mine but an error on their part ( because i was expecting a payment in i didn't think twice that it wasn't my money??) i spent it over a time ..im now repaying them as much as i can wkly ..so even tho its a pain always go in and check with them ..could save you a lot of trouble & money!! so the rule is even tho its your account and hopefully your money going in ...never presume :-(0

I've had a payment for £50 and googled ltsb is business and got to this site, and yes, now I come to think of it I have taken out insurance with LTSB, and part of the deal was cashback after 3 months, so I think this is it (that's the trouble with these things, by the time you get your cash back you've moved on and completely forgotten about it, still, nice surprise).:)0

Definitely a nice surprise.
My third payment was because I rang LTSB again after receiving a cheaper insurance quote. They matched the offer with cashback on a new policy - so I got more cashback.0
