I was wondering if anyone who is registered for Natwest credit card online services has any idea how long a request to amend a direct debit takes (in general)?
I applied to change my direct debit from minimum payment to full payment instead (:money:), but the request has remained 'pending' for a little while now, so I was just curious as to the usual time taken for these sorts of things.
