Any debt you have goes into the BR. It will be then up to SSE as to what they do.0

yes kepar i know
my question wasnt about that.
i fully understand its up to them, sorry but im not thick you know lolbsc 347:j0 -
Take readings the day of your bankruptcy they should then once you call zero the account as the debt will be included in BR and start the account from fresh..although as others said who knows about PAYG meters they seem to decide themselves as in the past i've seen people forced to have em and others left alone..
and as a past biker I agree...change the bloomin tyre!!!!!We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -

would it be ok to ring southern elec and ask them or is that a bad idea? also do i contact dwp because after my br i dont really want to be paying southern elec arrears i shouldnt be.
It will fall into the br, so you will not have to pay the arrears.
That is what you asked , and what I answered.
Or how much do you owe SSE?
Don't include the debt in your br, and carry on paying it back. Do not declare it to the OR as repaying. If I recall your income is only benefits so you will not be liable for an IPA, so if there is any spare you could repay them with that. That way they will not know about your br and you will not get a meter.0 -

Form earlier threads, you don't think the bike will have a 'significant' value..?
The question you really need to ask yourself is.....do I want to keep the bike?
If so [which seemed likely from your other threads]....then the tyre issue is solved....get a new one when this one needs replacing?
The issue regarding your bike, in BR, will be....can you persuade the OR to exempt your bike as an asset in the BR?
And...if unsuccessful, are you able to come to an agreement with the OR to purchase the OR's Interest in the bike?
[not necessarily what you think is the bike's 'value', because the OR might make allowance for not having the inconvenience of dealing with your bike]
If you feel unable to substitute cash for the value of the bike as an asset, then the above will not apply...if it isn't exempted. No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
lets not go into that yet again please.Form earlier threads, you don't think the bike will have a 'significant' value..?

what will be will be, but i didnt ask about keeping it just enquired about what was best re tyre.
i didnt want to spend £65 if it was then taken as rightly or wrongly i want to use the £65 to go towards maybe buying my interest in it if they take it and the or lets me.
its not my money and wouldnt it be awful to loose it over £65.
it may seem silly me fretting but ive hung onto it and weve both been to hell and back together in the last 3 yrs.
i really apreciate everyone on here youve all been life savers. but please no more on ifs or buts re me keeping it. thankyoubsc 347:j0
