1. i have a debt with southern electric,i pay it off with my dd direct from my benefit. i want to try and not get put on key meter.
would it be ok to ring southern elec and ask them or is that a bad idea? also do i contact dwp because after my br i dont really want to be paying southern elec arrears i shouldnt be.
2. anyone have a rough idea of time scale from court date to or interview? i got court date within a wk so dont know if that makes a difference.
3. is it poss that or may tell me about my bike at the interview? its getting close with the tyre now. i know some think i should just get it as i may not loose bike but, its £65 and if they take bike i dont really want to have just put new tyre on it lol.
4. does everyone get a bro? doesnt matter to me just wondered really.

    1. not sure what you are asking here

    2. It makes no difference at all, times vary, some peopl dont have an interview at all, some a short interview very quickly and some a full interview usually within the first month

    3. They may tell you, often it depends on the experience and confidence of the examiner that interviews you

    4. What do you think a BRO is, a BRO is an extra set of restrictions fow a small group of people that the OR belives deserves them

    Mandy,

i don't wish to nag, but....

    Get that tyre changed.

As a biker, you know better than I how much you depend on the traction of the front wheel to stay upright, and in particular, to stop.

The last thing you want at this time is an accident, or a stupid fine for riding an unroadworthy vehicle.

You want to be going to the county court, not the magistrates' one. :)

Well SSE are naturaly going to be non plussed as any debt with them will go into the bankruptcy. There is nothing to say you have to go onto Keycard but many companies do if they have a debt wriiten off, it is their own decision, I would point out that they also have the choice of simply not providing a service to you but that almost never happens

not quite as simple as that, if you have a debt it has to be included, same as all oter debts

How much is the debt with Southern Electric?

If it is quite large and you pay it off, you will be seen as favouring a creditor, a no-no in the OR's eyes.
You could end up with a BRO for doing it.
