Saved £50 today by shopping around for a car insurance renewal.
  • July has had a good start with £117.50 from work expenses, £4 refund from sons pre-school trip being cancelled and £17 dental fee refund. Also got £279.99 refund from my catalogue but I won't count that as it is debt reduction...so today's total is a nice round £138.50 to start July off...I hope it stays this way :)

Saved about £1.15 by buying a can of Lucozade (my only vice) rather than the usual big bottle
Made another £2.99 from the last e-bay payment.
No free listing this weekend :( but rather than pay fees today I'm going to have a good sort out tonight and put things on gumtree and on the Facebook selling pages first.
    Paying off the overdraft:
    End of April= -£500

And congratulations on the great starts everyone, sounds like July is going to be a great month for money making! :j

I've made a start with an eBay item that was posted today - £19.84 after costs. Also found out that Royal mail started accepting parcels destined for Canada this afternoon so can finally get rid of that parcel on mon.
  • A good start to the month with some overtime, £43.32 to add to the July pot, looking forward to seeing how much more I can add
