Poor credit rating but partnership business needing bank account.

My husband & I are in a financial mess and we're looking at either a protected trust deed or LILA bankcuptcy in the very near future.
We've been told that our advisor can't write to our bank regarding our debts until we're no longer using those accounts. Unfortunately, our business bank account is held in our own names at the same bank with whom we bank personally. Our credit rating is non-existant now.
We need to get another bank account which doesn't require a credit check. Is there such a bank account available to partnerships? For what it's worth, we can't go with Barclays, HBoS, or RBS.

You could try HSBC, The Co-operative (although I think you might have to be in the FSB to get business banking with the Co-op).Semper in faeces profundum variat

We're FSB members but Co-op said that there was no point in applying as we'd be rejected unless our credit rating was impeccable.0
