Asos - Refusal of refund on damaged item

Just to update for anyone who's reading this who's had the same problem as my sister. I wrote a lengthy email to Asos customer support, explained everything thoroughly, explained why she wouldn't have damaged the dress (you wouldn't iron it if you didn't like it! And she sent it back for a refund not exchange which proves she didn't want it) explained it was returned within 7 days outlined by the DSR, and explained how she was upset with the accusations and how they haven't looked at her personal case and that they can't prove she damaged the dress in those short 20 hours of having it.

Anyway about 1 hour later she receieved a reply, apologising for messing her about and offering a full refund as well as a collection to pick the dress up. So we're both extremely pleased! We both wanted to thank everyone who's replied for your help! It was only £30 but it wasn't really the money that mattered!
