18185 - unable to make calls

For a couple of days I've been unable to make calls using 18185. Just sent email using the service@18185.co.uk & it just got returned as failed.
How does one contact these people about faults or about anything for that matter?

BTW, working fine here.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

I've been unable to make calls using 18185 now since last week. I sent them a query using their online form, and all they said was that as far as they're concerned it's all ok. However, I still can't get through to anyone using 18185, so I'm having to default to Primus at present.0
