what order are the speeches

We will be having best man, my sister (in turn of my dad whos passed away) and then the groom. We'll be doing the speeches before the meal so that my h2b can enjoy the meal without worrying (hes quite shy). Im not one for going with tradition and what you "should" do, so just go with however you want it to!
As for me doing a speech I would of loved to but I know Id be an emotional wreck so decided against it!Ideas,help and advice always welcome, judgements and assumptions are not!!:happyhearMarrying my Mr Perfect 2013
