I have no idea if there is an order that they should be in but ours were my uncle first (he took the place of my dad for speech as dad passed away, mum gave me away but couldn't face doing a speech), then the best man, and the groom last. That kind of stems from when the father paid for the reception...hes the first to welcome everyone...
But to be honest go with what suits your situation and in whatever orderfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

we are having the best man do a proper speech, then OH is going to say a few words
as for my dad, he wants nothing to do with it so isnt saying anything.

we ended up doing- father of the groom, best man and groom. hubby wanted to go last Is a married woman!! 23rd July 2011 Best day of my life!

We didn't have anyone doing one until this week because they were too shy or 'had nothing worth saying' :O
Now we are having my uncle, me and my best friend who is also a bridesmaid. I am not sure about the order yet it will probably be me, uncle, then friend.Getting married Wednesday 24th August 2011!
