I have no idea if there is an order that they should be in but ours were my uncle first (he took the place of my dad for speech as dad passed away, mum gave me away but couldn't face doing a speech), then the best man, and the groom last. No idea if thats how it normally is but worked for us :D

    traditionally its Father...groom....best man

That kind of stems from when the father paid for the reception...hes the first to welcome everyone...

But to be honest go with what suits your situation and in whatever order

We didn't have anyone doing one until this week because they were too shy or 'had nothing worth saying' :O

Now we are having my uncle, me and my best friend who is also a bridesmaid. I am not sure about the order yet it will probably be me, uncle, then friend.

Id be a complete wreck as dont like speaking in public so leaving it to the boys to do it all! I can think of nothing worse! Complete admire anyone who is though. x
