best credit card in my situation

I am trying to figure what cc would be easier for me to get right now in my situation: i owe just over £4k on my HSBC card (my only bank and only cc), i am self-employed, i'm on the electoral roll and i've been renting the same flat in England for over 2 years. I pay at least the min every month on my cc and i've never missed a payment. I've had this card since late last year and have no other credit history in the UK or anywhere else.
I don't know what my credit score since the free site i tried to register with wouldn't let me finish registering because there wasn't an option for not having lived in the UK before my current flat.
So what are my chances of getting a cc and what limits should i hope for? i guess the title should say easiest not best and to me it looks like either Vanquis or Cp One would be the answer.
Thanks!

What did you want the second card for?
To do a balance transfer from your current account? to make a large purchase, to have as a backup or to build up your credit history?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Can I ask why you have only paid minimum amounts on your debt. If it is a case that you can't afford to it may be best to see if you can lower costs. Taking more debt could lead to trouble.0
