Hotmail question

Hi I have three hotmail accounts, one which I use for non profiting club I help run. I am now relinquishing my role in this club, so can I transfer the email address ? If so how? This would make it easier for the club to continue with the same address . Just want to make sure that if any of my details were used to set up the account would be removed.

Don't get you - transfer to where? The account is yours.

If you stop using it, hotmail will disable it after 30 days and then delete it permanently soon after.

Someone else can come along later and use it but they won't have your past emails (those will go when account is deleted).

Just tell the person who will be taking over your password & tell them to change it

Just edit your profile etc on the account so it doesn't have your name, personal questions etc etc.. Then hand over the password.
